Meeting Planner

Compare times across multiple zones

Working hours (9–18)
Awake (7–22)
Sleep

About the Meeting Planner

A 24-hour grid for each timezone shows which hours are within working hours, awake, or asleep. Drag the slider to slide the reference hour through the day and watch the colored bands shift — meeting slots where every row stays green are ideal.

Daylight saving transitions are handled correctly because all conversions use the IANA timezone database. The reference timezone defaults to your browser's locale.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as "working hours"?
9 AM to 6 PM local time in each zone. The 7 AM–10 PM "awake" band is shaded amber to indicate times that are technically possible but inconvenient.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Conversions use the browser's IANA timezone database, which knows current and historical DST rules for every named zone.
